Disability Inclusion

Whether you’re a small club looking to access essential equipment, or a group wanting to create more opportunities for women, girls, or people with disabilities to get active – this funding is for you.

The scheme helps clubs of all sizes grow sustainable, inclusive and quality sporting opportunities, giving people of every age and ability the chance to get involved.

The scheme comprises of 3 grants for clubs, community & voluntary groups and disability organisations under our Club Supports Scheme. This will help clubs to grow sustainable, inclusive and quality sporting opportunities by funding equipment and initiatives that increase participation in sport and physical activity. The application process will remain open until Thursday 27th August at 4:00pm. 

Disability Inclusion Grant | €1,000 for Participation

The inclusive grant is aimed at Disability Sports Clubs and organisations or clubs developing inclusive sections. €1,000 is available for participation programmes to include people with additional needs.

Disability Inclusion Grant | €500 for equipment

€500 is available for equipment to support Disability Sports Clubs and organisations or clubs developing inclusive sections

Women in Sport Grant | €500

The women in sport grant is targeted to promote participation in sports and physical Activity for girls 12-17 years old. The grant is designed to support clubs, community groups and community and voluntary organisations.

Club Equipment Grant |€500

This equipment grant is designed to support clubs and organisations in purchasing additional equipment required for their regular club activity or to assist in increasing participation in physical activity.
