Aim of Fresh Start

The aim of Fresh Start is to support a person to establish structure and routine in their life while building awareness around stress and communication so that an individual has a plan to move forward. All modules are delivered therapeutically to encourage the individual to take responsibility for their health and their future. Typically students progress from Fresh Start to part time employment or to further education.

• 12 People on Programme
• Mon – Fri (9am-3.15pm) Flexible
• Location is Kennedy House, Kennedy Road, Navan, Co. Meath
• QQI Level 3 Employability Skills Award – Communications, Personal Effectiveness, Word Processing, Internet Skills, Work Experience
• Social Welfare payment is not effected
• Starting in October
• Psychological Supports

Application Process

1. Complete Application Form (attached – completed by Applicant)
2. Complete Health Report (attached – completed by Health Professional)
3. Forward forms to Facilitator (details below)
4. Facilitator will call Applicant to arrange a casual meeting.

Please find attached Fresh Start Application Form to be completed by Applicant NLN Navan Application Form 2018 and Health Report 2018 to be consent signed by Applicant on first page and completed by medical professional. All forms to be forwarded to:
