Nutrition for Sporting Success Workshop
Meath LSP will start their 2017 sports workshop series with a sports nutrition presentation. Nutrition for Sporting Success will focus on practical information on how to enhance energy levels, sports performance, weight and lifelong health. Speaker on the night is Daniel Davey the performance nutritionist with Leinster Rugby and Dublin GAA. Daniel is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist.
Workshop topics include: What performance nutrition means, consequences of poor nutrition, how much carbs, fats and protein I should eat, enhancing nutrition pre, during and after sports. This workshop is valuable for anyone with an interest in nutrition for performance – coaches, players, athletes, parents, exercise leaders, personal trainers, and other health professionals.
