The 2023 Meta Data Centre Community Action Grants program has opened for local schools and not for profits with an October 21 application deadline.
The grants are available to projects in Meath that address critical community needs by doing one or more of the following:
- Putting the power of technology to use for community benefit.
- Connecting people online or off.
- Improving local science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education.
Applicants can learn more about how to apply and the applicable terms and conditions at datacenters.fb.com/grants.
Posts about the grants on available on the Clonee Data Centre facebook page, with more posts to follow on grant resources over the next few weeks.
Grant recipients will be announced in spring of 2023 so these grants are most suitable for projects taking place between spring 2023 and spring 2024.
You can read more about previous local recipients supported through the Meta 2022 grants here.
