Cycle Against Suicide: Community Buddy Programme – training dates in July 2022
Cycle Against Suicide’s aim is the prevention of suicide and our message is ‘It is OK not to feel OK. And it’s Absolutely OK to ask for help’. Our training programme provides people working or volunteering in their communities with the skills to be the stepping stone to help others in their communities who might be in distress and need a helping hand to cope or, if necessary, a hand in taking the next step towards healing. Our training is free of charge and is an important link between communities and professional wellbeing services.
