Meath Partnership is hosting a free online training event on Coaching Wednesday the 18^th of August.

This session is aimed at everyone involved in or passionate about people management: From coaching of employees/volunteers/… to trainers looking for resources to use in their next coaching or leadership course.

Participants receive an introduction on how to coach as a manager and how to get started with the GROW-model in coaching.

This free training event is part of a European project called ‘Managers As Coaches’, so participants will gain access to a range of educational materials that have been developed as part of this project, such as a self-directed training, a board game to practice your coaching skills with others, and a handbook called ‘Become a High-Performance Manager’. As a bonus, the first 20 participants attending the session will receive a hard-copy of the handbook ‘Become a High-performance Manager’ afterwards.
