Entries for The Wheel’s 2020 Charity Impact Awards will be closing next week on Thursday, 2 October at 5pm!

It is more important than ever to maintain your organisation’s public profile, so don’t’ miss this opportunity to showcase your work, raise your profile and acknowledge the work of your staff,  volunteers and trustees (i.e. board members).

Now Even Easier to Enter

To make the awards as accessible as possible, we have decided to amend the following entry criteria:

  • Impact Awards: your online written entry should be accompanied by a short video (up to 2 minutes long). You can produce a special video for your entry or enter an existing video. Simply copy your video’s Youtube link and paste it in the entry form. Three bonus points will be awarded to videos that begin with the following line: “We’re working for a future where…”, however, this is not compulsory. Enter here.
  • Trustee of the Year Award: show your gratitude to a trustee (i.e. board member) who is helping to navigate your organisations through these difficult times. You do not have to include a video with your online nomination – simply complete the online form. The five shortlisted nominees will be expected to produce a very short video at a later date. They will be assisted in this regard. Nominate here.
  • Social Enterprise of the Year Award: your online written entry should be accompanied by a short video (up to 2 minutes long). You can produce a special video for your entry or enter an existing video. Simply complete the short entry form (enter here).

From 23 October, The Wheel will be promoting the shortlisted impact stories, and the public will have a chance to have their say before a panel of independent judges choose a winner in each category. The winner will be announced at a glittering online awards ceremony on 8 December.
