Meath Social Enterprise Mapping & Strategy Study – Meath Partnership

Meath Partnership has commissioned a Social Enterprise Mapping and Strategy Study for County Meath, funded through the LEADER programme. The study is being carried out by Dr Clodagh O’Reilly of Social Enterprise Scaling Solutions Ireland and Fiona Descoteaux of Unravel Complexity.

The aim is to build a countywide picture of social enterprises operating in Meath, understand the challenges they face and identify where future funding, supports and technical assistance could be directed.

As part of this work, we are asking organisations across the county to complete a short survey to help inform the research.

Complete the Social Enterprise Survey here

The survey takes approximately 12 minutes to complete and will remain open until Friday 16 October 2026.

You do not need to be certain that your organisation qualifies as a social enterprise to take part. The initial questions establish whether the description applies, and if it does not, the survey will close shortly afterwards. This information is equally valuable to the study.

The findings will help develop a better understanding of the sector, the challenges organisations experience and the investment priorities for the LEADER programme in Meath over the coming years.

Meath Partnership is the data controller for the study, with the consultants acting as data processors under a written agreement. Findings will be reported at county and sector level, and no organisation will be named in the report without its agreement.

If you have any questions or would prefer to complete the survey by phone, Clodagh can be contacted on 086 776 6212.

Many thanks in advance for your support in helping us reach as many relevant organisations as possible and build a comprehensive picture of social enterprise in County Meath.
