People’s Emergency Briefing: Film Screening, Public Discussion & Launch of Meath Climate Action Network – 17th October, Swift Centre Trim

‘This event is for anyone that is interested in our environment, which is now being threatened by climate change. It starts with the screening of a short film which explains the climate emergency (without jargon!). It also outlines possible solutions for dealing with it. It is presented by well-known environmentalist Chris Packham.
The film will be followed by a panel discussion & the launch of Meath Climate Action Network.
Meath Climate Action Network is a new group that aims to promote the amazing work going on in communities across the county to reduce carbon emissions, protect our environment and help to make us more climate resilient. We would like to improve how we support each other & share knowledge, through networking events, social media and with the support of state agencies & NGO’s. Come along & join the network
