• Europe:  What does it mean to you? The Wheel’s European Programmes Manager, Deirdre Finlay, will facilitate a discussion on European citizenship and invite Minister of State, Helen McEntee TD, to provide an input

• Funding:  Can your organisation obtain funding for twinning? Debates? Networks of Towns? The Wheel is the National Contact Point for the Europe for Citizens Find out more.
