Meath PPN Plenary: Thursday May 21st 2026 from 7pm – Presenter Lineup

This is a gentle reminder that the next Meath PPN Plenary event is taking place on Thursday 21st May 2026 in the hall of Bective GFC Navan, C15 TC59 (map link here).

The presentation line-up includes:

Civic Dollars

Civic Dollars is a digital currency that rewards people for spending time outdoors in public spaces such as parks, green areas, riverside walks, and local amenities across Meath.

Learn how this project can benefit your community group with rewards and offers while enhancing the health benefits of Meath residents

Fostering

Carol Boylan (Principal Fostering Social Worker) will deliver a presentation on fostering and supports available to foster carers and children. Joining her is foster carer Kay Jackson who has over 30 years’ experience of fostering.

GAA Healthy & Green Clubs

The Green Club programme helps clubs to identify and implement simple measures to protect our natural heritage and secure a sustainable future for our local communities.

The Irish Life GAA Programme aims to help GAA clubs explore how they support the holistic health of their members and the communities they serve.

Meath Community Safety Plan

Gemma Ryan, Coordinator of Meath Community Safety Partnership will discuss the upcoming consultation phase which will lead to the development of a Local Community Safety Plan for Meath. Information on the in-person and online consultations will be given and an opportunity to chat with Gemma at the end of the evening.

The meeting will start at 7pm with registration from 6.30pm.
