The Wheel is carrying out research into skills and training needs in the community and voluntary sector workforce. 

The survey aims to get a clear and up-to-date picture of the experience and impact of accessing skills and training, throughout the sector.

This will support the development of relevant trainings and advocacy on behalf of the 281,000 strong workforce delivering for Ireland’s communities every day.  

The survey asks you to take 10 minutes to answer 25 short questions. 

If you’re a decision maker (i.e. CEO, General Manager, Learning and Development or Human Resources), it will take a little more time, around 25 minutes.
