Living Well: Free group programme for adults living with any long-term health – next start dates in May 2024
The Living Well Programme is a free, online or in-person 6–week programme for adults with long-term health conditions. A long-term health condition is one, which can be treated and managed but usually not cured. Examples include asthma, COPD, diabetes, stroke, menopause, long covid, multiple sclerosis, heart conditions, arthritis, Crohn’s Disease and many more. The Living Well programme supports people to develop the skills and confidence to live well with their health condition.
Our upcoming May programme dates, & details are as follows:
- St. Kilian’s Heritage Centre Mullagh starting Tuesday 14th May
- Kells Family Resource Centre starting Thursday 16th May
