Healing Through Creativity Workshops: Starting on the 4th September in Laytown
The Healing Through Creativity Workshop offers a unique opportunity for participants to harness the therapeutic power of artistic expression.
Facilitated by the outstanding Anne McDonald (B.A., M.Phil), professional life coach, creative writing teacher, and award-winning spoken word performer, this free workshop encourages attendees to channel their emotions, stories and struggles into creative works.
Through painting, writing, and other forms of artistic exploration, individuals can find healing and release while connecting with others who share similar experiences.
The workshop funded by the Drogheda Implementation Board will run for 4 weeks in East Coast FRC, 5 Strand Haven, Laytown. Drogheda dates for the same workshop to be announced.
