The Midlands Louth Meath CHO Recovery Education Service are delivering an Online Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Workshop called ‘Let’s Talk CHIME’ on the 26^th of April from 10am – 12pm.

We hope that you can join us for one of these workshops. Everyone is welcome to attend and there is no pressure to engage should you choose to just sit and listen.

We aim to create all of our workshops collaboratively with people with lived experience of mental health challenges, their family members/carers/supporters, community partners and staff working in the mental health services, with everyone’s contribution equally valued. This is called co-production.

These sessions are free and open to anyone (aged 18+) with an interest in mental health and well-being.
