MeathPPN are hosting a workshop for Tidy Towns & Pride of Place committees to improve local environment and climate action projects.
This half day workshop will help committees to better understand the need for sustainable solutions at a local level and how to do more with less.
The workshop has 4 parts:
- An introduction to Sustainable Waste & Resource Management
- A facilitated workshop to identify possible actions at a local level
- A role play workshop to prioritise potential actions for implementation at local level.
- A follow up action report to all participants.
The workshop has been well received by participants in other Local Authority areas and has assisted in continuing the work of Tidy Towns groups.
