Invitation to the SDG NSF – LNOB
The SuperValu TidyTowns competition returned to normal this year with Adjudicators visiting 882 centres. Thanks to the thousands of TidyTowns volunteers across the country for their tremendous efforts in keeping our towns and villages looking their best.
Congratulations to Trim, Ireland’s Tidiest Town for 2022 and indeed congratulations to all entrants to this year’s competition. At the awards ceremony last month, Minister Humphreys announced a funding package of €1.4 Million for TidyTowns groups to assist with their initiatives and to prepare for the 2023 competition. Pobal who administer the grant on behalf of the Department will contact all eligible groups and we would encourage them to apply for this funding.
Here in the TidyTowns unit, we wish you, your families, friends, volunteers and your wider community a very Happy Christmas and send you best wishes for a happy, healthy and successful 2023
