The Irish Wheelchair Association is launching a new Disability Action Group in Navan

This group will bring people together from across the Navan region to meet on a regular basis and focus on the issues that matter most.

The IWA is looking for people who are passionate for change and who are interested in working together with others in the community to identify issues and lobby for equality in all areas, including access to the built environment, the great outdoors, housing, education, health, employment, etc.

The Irish Wheelchair Association is now calling on people with disabilities to attend a public information evening on Monday 5th December in the Ardboyne Hotel, Navan.

This will be an interactive meeting with the opportunity for attendees to raise their concerns and have their voices heard.

Speakers at the meeting will include Joan Carthy, National Advocacy Manager IWA.

Tea and Coffee will be served on arrival.
