The largest Further Education and Training (FET) Service provider in the county with courses ranging from HGV, Bus Driving ,Computer Skills ,Software, HealthCare, Medical Counter Assistant, Hairdressing Finance, Communications, Engineering & Construction
As a dedicated Employer Relations team based in the North East we build effective relationships with employers by assisting them with their recruitment needs, provide information on the supports and services offered by the Department of Social Protection eg Jobsplus and the Work placement experience programme. At all events there will be a jobs wall full of vacancies available to view.
VTOS offers full -time courses which help adult learners to develop skills for employment or Further/Higher Education. It can also prepare learners for a new career or a career change.- certification at QQI Levels 3, 4, 5 or Leaving Certificate.
The Community Employment (CE) programme team help people who are long-term unemployed to get back to work by offering part-time and temporary placements in jobs based within local communities

The Tús initiative is a community work placement scheme providing short-term working opportunities for
unemployed people. The work opportunities are to benefit the community and are provided by community
and voluntary organisations in both urban and rural areas. More information on the Tús Scheme will be
available at the event.
