Meath Wellness Hub are offering a free mental health programme for people living in Meath.
The programme is WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) and is taking place in August on zoom.
WRAP is a self-help mental health recovery programme for people looking to take control of their mental health and wellbeing.
The programme looks at:
- Wellness tools
- Daily maintenance plan, i.e. what do I need to do every day to stay well
- When things are breaking down
- Crisis planning and post-crisis planning
- And more
This programme is for anyone who would like to learn some tools and understand how to develop a plan around their mental health. It is easy to follow and there is an ongoing support group after fully completing the programme that people can join if they want.
We have 2 programmes in August;
-One for 18-24 year old’s (Registered as part of the VICTORY project)
-One for anyone in the community over 18.
Both programmes start on August 3rd with the 18-24 year old’s from 2-4:30pm and the open community group from 10am-12:30pm. This programme runs on the following dates: 3rd, 6th, 10th, 13th.
This is a peer support programme and a limited number of places are available.
