The Barriers to Action report explores the barriers faced by community and voluntary groups in Ireland, with a specific focus on involvement in climate action.

The report was commissioned through the Power to Change project, led by Atlantic Technological University in partnership with Sligo Public Participation Network. It responds to a clear question: why, despite strong community interest and available supports, do many groups struggle to move from awareness and training into practical action?
