HSE: Minding Your Wellbeing Programme

The HSE Minding Your Wellbeing programme is a free series of online video resources to help you learn and practice key elements of mental wellbeing, like resilience and self-care.

This is a universal programme which encourages all ages to mind your wellbeing.

The programme consists of a series of 5 video sessions of around 20 minutes each on the following topics

  1. Practicing Self Care
  2. Understanding Our Thoughts
  3. Exploring Emotions
  4. Building Positive Relationships
  5. Improving Our Resilience
