Louth Meath Regional Adult Literacy Coalition are holding a family literacy workshop on Monday 12 October in the Sommerville Suite, City North Hotel, Gormanston, Meath. Time, 9:30am to 2:00pm. 

This event is for educators, community groups, HSCLs and other organisations in Louth and Meath that work with parents, grandparents, carers and adults who may have unmet literacy needs. 

The workshop will provide an introduction to family literacy and explore practical ways to support literacy development through everyday family and community interactions. It will also highlight approaches to engaging adults who may benefit from literacy support and provide information on available services and resources.
