Two ‘Living Well With Long Term Conditions’ programmes will be starting in Kells in September.

The programmes will run in the Kells Primary Care Centre.

The dates and times are as follows:

Thursday 10^th September to Thursday 15^th October (i.e. 6 weeks) from 10.00am – 12.30pm

Thursday 10^th September to Thursday 15^th October (i.e. 6 weeks) from 1.30pm – 4.00pm
