Men’s Health Week Webinar 2026

Join us at the start of Men’s Health Week, Monday 15th June, 12pm – 1pm, to hear from a range of speakers who will share their insights and experience on the key theme for the week, One Step at a Time – progress not perfection. Guest speakers include:

  • Poet and Mental Health Advocate, Daragh Fleming
  • Broadcaster and Entrepreneur, Bobby Kerr
  • Founder of the innovative ‘Be OK Garage’ promoting mental health, Dave Smith
  • Social Prescriber and Screening Champion, Lewis Byrne
  • HSE Project Manager, Bláthín Casey

HSE Talking Health & Wellbeing Podcast

In this episode of the HSE Talking Health and Wellbeing Podcast, we explore men’s mental health with Daragh Fleming, writer, poet and mental health advocate. The discussion reflects on his personal journey through depression and grief, and how creativity supported emotional expression and recovery. The episode highlights the importance of challenging traditional ideas of masculinity, encouraging open conversations and supporting men to seek help. Listeners are also signposted to free counselling and mental health supports for men available through the HSE.

Help spread the word about health and wellbeing to men and make your space more male friendly by having some men’s health resources on display. There are a number of men’s health resources that you can download or order online free to be delivered for your workplace or event.
