Slane Castle 5k Trail Run / Walk – 24th of May, 2026
The Slane Castle 5k Trail Run / Walk 2026 will be taking place this Sunday, 24th of May, with a start time of 9.30am on the dot. It is Slane NS’ biggest fundraiser of the year..!

Online Prices:
€20 for Adults, €10 for Secondary School-aged children, and €5 for Primary School-aged children.
You can also register in-person at Slane National School, Collon exit from Slane, on Thursday, 21st, & on Friday, 22nd, at the following times: 9am / 2pm / 3pm
You can still register on the day, from 8am, BUT adult entries are €25 then.
(Teens and kids’ entries remain the same)
We accept cash or card.
There are t-shirts for the first 200 adults (on the day) and the first 200 U16’s.
We also have finishing medals for the first 400 over the line.
After-race refreshments and home-baked goods will be available free of charge to all who support the event.
Please note there are no pets allowed on the Castle grounds.
