Please be advised that Meath County Council are offering an affordable housing unit at Egland Park, Ashbourne, Co Meath.

This housing unit is being made available for sale under the Affordable Provisions of Part V of the Planning and Development Act 2000 as amended and the affordable dwelling purchase arrangements in accordance with the Affordable Housing Act 2021 and associated Affordable Housing Regulations.

The online portal to apply for this affordable housing unit will open for applications on 8^th January 2026 at 12 noon.

Mortgage Approval in Principle is one of the main items’ applicants will need.
