Mar chuid dár dtiomantas do sheirbhís ardchaighdeáin do chustaiméirí, tá an Roinn Forbartha Tuaithe agus Pobail agus Gaeltachta ag athbhreithniú agus ag uasdátú ár bPlean Gníomhaíochta do Chustaiméirí agus ár gCairt Custaiméirí.

Chun eolas a dhéanamh don obair seo, táimid ag lorg tuairimí ónár ngeallsealbhóirí agus ón phobal maidir lena n-eispéiris ina gcaidreamh lenár Roinn. Cabhróidh sé seo linn chun tuiscint a fháil ar conas ar féidir linn freastal ar riachtanais ár gcustaiméirí ar bhealach níos fearr.
