Community Climate Action Programme Fund: Phase 2 – Now Open for Applications

Administered by Meath County Council on behalf of Department of Climate, Energy and the Environment, the overall aim of the CCAP Strand 1 Programme is to provide finance to community groups interested in undertaking projects which help to build low carbon, sustainable communities.

Phase 2: Project Milestones
- Applications will open from 13th October 2025 and close at 12 noon on Tuesday 9th December 2025.
- Evaluation Period by MCC &DCEE, 15th December 2025 – 31st March 2026
- Successful & unsuccessful applicant community groups will be notified in April 2026.
- Signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU’s), deliverables and milestones to be in place by 26th April 2026.
- Successful projects will begin from 27th April 2026 with an 18 month period, projects to be complete by 27th October 2027.
