Jigsaw Meath is launching the #WhatsYourWord Stigma Reduction Campaign. The campaign invites young people, parents, families, and communities to share the What’s Your Word? video on Jigsaw Meath’s Instagram and to create their own positive words to spark conversations.

The word stigma comes from the Greek for “to brand or mark.” This campaign flips that meaning — encouraging people to replace the negative words with words of positivity. With World Mental Health Day approaching, schools, clubs, workplaces, and communities are encouraged to get involved: watch and re share the video, create your own word, and start conversations where you live, learn, work, or play. We want individuals, groups, and school to use this as a resource tool to open up the conversation and support the young people of the Royal County to make this a campaign we can all be proud of.
