Resources in support of World Mental Health Day: 10th October 2025
Friday 10th October is World Mental Health Day – an international day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigma.
Around the world, individuals and organisations recognise World Mental Health Day through events, campaigns and conversations that foster connection, understanding, united action and hope. It’s an opportunity to highlight the importance of mental health and to share practical resources and tools to support our wellbeing.
To coincide with World Mental Health Day, HSE Connecting for Life Louth Meath have a number of resources available for local circulation and promotion.
- This includes a Wellbeing Board (available in A2 and A3 size) which can be displayed in a range of settings such as Community Centres, Sports Clubs, Public Offices and work premises. The pdf attached can also be shared electronically via social media.
- “You are not alone” Window Sticker (copy attached) for display in business or community settings or shared with staff for displaying on car windows.
