Meath County Council in conjunction with The Paul Hogarth Company has prepared a Draft Public Realm and Regeneration plan for Old Johnstown Village.

The Vision for Old Johnstown Village is ’support the reimagining of Old Johnstown Village as a better place to live, work and recreate in a form that acknowledges the rice heritage and character of the village’.

The Draft Old Johnstown Village Regeneration Plan is available on Meath County Council’s online consultation portal here:  https://consult.meath.ie.

The closing date for making observations or submissions is 5 pm on Thursday the 19^th of  June 2025.
