The Transform (Erasmus+ project) Train-the-Trainer (TTT) Programme is designed to empower community educators and volunteers with the tools and methodologies of transformative education. This initiative is part of the Methodological Guide for Transformative Education.

Programme Overview:

The TTT programme consists of four immersive workshops, each focusing on mainly aspects of transformative education:

1. Introduction to Transformative Education & VET Policies
2. Designing Inclusive Training Programmes for Diverse Learners
3. Assessment and Evaluation in Inclusive Education
4. Professional Development and Lifelong Learning Strategies

Each workshop is structured as interactive sessions (including breaks), combining theory, practical strategies, and collaborative activities. Participants will gain hands-on experience with the Methodological Guide and learn to apply its principles in community-based educational settings.

The opportunity is open to: Community educators, NGO trainers and volunteers.

Workshops will be conducted in the month of May.
