ICTU Stronger Together Project: Online Ethnic Minority/Migrant Worker Leadership Training – May 12th & 19th (18.30-20.00).

This online training course is open to migrant workers and those of a minority ethnic background.
Research has illustrated that the active participation and advancement of ethnic minority and migrant workers plays a key role in trade union efforts to combat racism.
This workshop is designed to develop workplace leaders and enhance participant’s leadership skills to bring them to the fore of trade union activity.
Due to demand, we will be running the course on-line in May, over two consecutive Monday evenings (May 12th & May 19th) from 18.30-20.00.
The training will offer a vital opportunity for minority ethnic and migrant union members to become familiar with advocacy in the workplace on a range of relevant issues and particularly in further participation within union structures.
Facilitated by ICTU and Dr Lucy Michael.
To register for the course, please send an email, with your name, trade union affiliation and contact details to antiracism@ictu.ie
