CommUnity Connect Louth & Meath:

Shaping a Resilient Future Together – Your Input is Key!”

Healthy Meath would like to invite you to a consultation on our new project, ‘CommUnity Connect Louth & Meath’.

When: Wednesday, 1st of May, 10am-12pm in the Ardboyne Hotel Navan OR join us online on Thursday, 2nd of May, 7pm-8.30pm

What is ‘CommUnity Connect Louth & Meath’?

CommUnity Connect Louth & Meath’” seeks to provide proactive guidance and support to individuals in our community before they reach critical points in their mental health and wellbeing journey ‘Think UpStream’.

How do we plan to do this?

  • By developing a community positive mental health toolkit.
  • By delivering a community positive mental health champion programme.

We will provide free customised training specific to your needs to equip volunteer champions from community-based organisation/groups with knowledge, skills, and confidence in talking about all thing’s mental health and wellbeing!

So why do you need to come to this event?

‘We want to hear from you!’

  • We will present an overview of our plans, but we want to understand your needs better.
  • What is working well in your organisation when it comes to mental health and wellbeing support?
  • What do you need more of?
  • If you were to volunteer as a champion for ‘CommUnity Connect Louth & Meath’’ what would you need more training in to help you feel better equipped?
  • What are your fears about this important role?
  • Help us understand how we can best support you to support your club/organisation in promoting positive mental health.

We truly believe that “CommUnity Connect Louth & Meath” has the potential to make a meaningful impact in our community. With your support, we can empower individuals to take control of their mental health and overall wellbeing and thrive like never before.

I’m excited to discuss this proposal further and explore how we can bring “CommUnity Connect Louth & Meath’” to life.

Please RSVP by the 17th of April by return email or by calling 0469097400 detailing which event you will attend.

Many thanks
