Affordable Housing Scheme at Baker Hall, Navan, Co Meath

Meath County Council in conjunction with the Land Development Agency and Glenveagh are making twenty-six new affordable homes available for purchase by eligible applicants at Baker Hall, Navan, Co Meath.

  • three 2-bedroom mid terrace house,
  • fifteen 3-bedroom terraced houses,
  • six 3-bedroom semi-detached Type A houses
  • two 3-bedroom semi-detached Type B houses

Current Price, Minimum prices to be paid by eligible purchasers for dwellings and the typical gross income limits for eligibility for each type of dwelling:

2 Bedroom Mid Terrace House – 
Current Price – €305,000, Min. Purchase Price – €240,549*, Max. Household Income Limit – €65,194 

3 Bedroom Terraced House – 
Current Price – €350,000, Min. Purchase Price – €276,040*, Max. Household Income Limit – €74,813

3 Bedroom Semi-Detached Type A House – 
Current Price – €365,000, Min. Purchase Price – €287,870*, Max. Household Income Limit – €78,019

3 Bedroom Semi-Detached Type B House – 
Current Price – €367,250, Min. Purchase Price – €289,644*, Max. Household Income Limit – €78,500

*This is affordable price paid by applicant when the Local Authorities equity share has been deducted from the full market price. Equity shares are calculated on an individual basis and are linked to applicants’ income, savings (if any) and mortgage capacity.

The online portal will open at 12 noon Wednesday 27th September 2023 and close at 12 noon Thursday 19th October 2023.
