I am Kate Kerrigan, an Irish author, Irish Mail columnist and regular contributor to RTE’s Sunday Miscellany. Many of my readers are in the 70 plus age bracket and being aware that not all of them have internet access, and prefer paper-reading, I am producing a personal newsletter to try and help keep our cocooned citizens connected and entertained through this crisis, sending them short, comforting words, which they can access whether they are isolating in their own homes or resident in nursing homes.
