Dept. Rural and Community Development: Consultation events re Rural Policy
The Department of Rural and Community Development will be holding a series of Stakeholder Consultation events to inform the development of the next phase of rural policy which will take place in May and June.
This future rural development policy, from 2020, will build on the Government’s Action Plan for Rural Development 2017 – 2019.
DRCD would value the input of Public Participation Networks to a discussion around the challenges and opportunities for rural Ireland, as well as an identification of actions required to realise rural Ireland’s potential. Up to 3 PPN representatives can attend one or more of the planned stakeholder consultation events.
