Michelle Jane Inding, MSc, RGN – Founder & Person in Charge

Michelle is a registered nurse with over 17 years of JCIA and Hiqa-accredited healthcare institutions, such as Mater Private Hospital and St. James Hospital. Also has supported The Lavina Nursing agency . Experience in clinical practice, governance, Obtaining accreditations ,nursing leadership, Project management and healthcare management.

She holds a Master of Science in Advanced Leadership in Nursing from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, graduating with First Class Honours.

Michelle has held senior roles across acute hospital environments including operating theatres, Cathlab and Intensive care units, recovery services and home care services, leading multidisciplinary teams and overseeing clinical governance and service development.

At Vital Home Care, Michelle oversees clinical governance, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance, ensuring that all services are delivered safely and professionally.

Marc Kervin Sta. Cruz, RGN – Clinical Development Lead

Marc is an experienced registered nurse working at St James’s Hospital, Dublin, where he serves as a Clinical Support Nurse within the Nursing Practice Development Unit.

His role involves leading the Adaptation Programme for Internationally Educated Nurses, HCA supporting training, mentorship, and competency development.

Marc contributes to Vital Home Care through clinical training, workforce development, and quality improvement initiatives.

James Marl Lapinid, MSc, RGN – Clinical Education & Quality Lead

James is an experienced Intensive Care Nurse and Clinical Facilitator at St James’s Hospital Dublin with more than 12 years of critical care experience.

He holds a Master of Science in Specialist Nursing – Intensive Care from Trinity College Dublin and plays a key role in developing clinical competency programmes for nursing staff.

Within Vital Home Care, James supports clinical education, training, and quality monitoring, helping maintain high standards of care delivery.
