Rainbows is a gentle, supportive group programme for children and young people who have experienced bereavement, separation, or loss through family change. It provides a safe space to talk, share feelings, and connect with others who may be going through similar experiences.

Through age-appropriate activities and guided conversations, participants build coping skills, resilience, and confidence — helping them feel less alone and more understood.
