Free Mental Health supports for Men: HSE

Men’s mental health supports
Most people worry about their mental health at some stage in their lives.
Men are:
- more likely to find it difficult to talk about emotional challenges and mental health difficulties with friends or family
- less likely to go to counselling or seek support for mental health
- more likely to die by suicide – 8 in 10 people who die by suicide are men
If you would like to improve your mental wellbeing support is available.
