Meath County Council are offering an affordable housing scheme at Beaufort, Boyne Village, Navan, Co Meath.

These units are being made available for sale under the Affordable Housing Act 2021 and associated Affordable Housing Regulations and the LIHAF (Local Infrastructure Housing Activation Fund).

The online portal to apply for these affordable housing units will open for applications on the 18 September 2025 at 12noon.

Mortgage Approval in Principle is one of the main items’ applicants will need.
